DESIGN BUILD

We use the term "Design Build" a little loosely around here. We can take you initial design ideas and help you modify them to best suite your needs on a small to medium sized project or at any point bring in bigger talents for additional support. WE can even demo out the existing first, see where we are at with sub-straights and structure and design from there!

Welding & Metal Fabrication

Whether you need a repair done or something custom and unique made from scratch, we have the knowledge and know how to complete a variety of projects from handrails and security doors to steel pergolas. Have an idea of your own? We love that!

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

I have personally managed all of the projects as pictured or talked about on this website plus HUNDREDS more. Whether you need a GC or an Owners Rep on your side for a project we can deliver! Construction projects can be frustrating but because we know the order of operations, know how to troubleshoot and have the ability to forecast issues before they arise; we can take most of the weight off of your shoulders. More often than you realize, a good Project Manager can actually save you time and money rather than just stay within the timeline or budget. Whether you're in the conceptual stage or frustrated with your current contractor, give us a call!

We welcome the opportunity to provide budget pricing or a bid for most any size remodel. Even if you're a "do-it-your-selfer", and want to do a light remodel on your space, give us a call and we may be willing to pull a permit for you under the right circumstances.
